Dira ya Taifa 2050

Building a Healthier Tanzania, Together

The MNH RCH E-Clinic is directly aligned with Tanzania's Development Vision 2050 — a roadmap to transform our nation into a middle-income country with a high quality of life. At the heart of this vision is human capital development, and no investment is more fundamental than the health of our mothers and children. By digitizing the trusted Kadi ya Kliniki, we are ensuring that every child, in every corner of Tanzania, has a documented, protected health journey from birth to five years and beyond.

Secure by Design

Every record is protected with role-based access. Mothers, nurses, doctors, and pharmacists see only what is relevant to their role. Data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with national health data standards.

Offline-First Technology

Recognizing that internet connectivity is not guaranteed in every dispensary, our system works fully offline. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns — ensuring no mother is ever turned away.

Real-Time Tracking

Health facilities can monitor stock levels of vaccines and essential medicines in real time. Automated reminders ensure no child misses a critical immunization window.

Community Empowerment

Mothers receive SMS reminders for upcoming appointments. Community Health Workers can access records to conduct informed home visits, strengthening the bridge between facility and family.

Interoperable with GoTHoMIS

Built as a complementary microservice, our system pushes data seamlessly into the national GoTHoMIS and DHIS2 ecosystems — no double data entry, no fragmented records.

Bilingual Access

Fully available in both English and Swahili, ensuring that every healthcare worker and every mother can navigate the system with confidence and clarity.
